Integrative Packages
At The M.E. Recovery Clinic, Frances and Helena work together to provide a holistic approach to overcoming CFS/ ME/ FM. They offer a package of care incorporating body/ mind approaches with nutritional therapy. Alternatively, it may be more appropriate to see one practitioner rather than the package of treatment, this can be discussed at the initial assessment.
The integrative packages are as outlined below and are designed to facilitate recovery. The amount of treatment needed can vary from person to person. Improvements can often be seen within a couple of weeks, more clearly after 3 months. The most improvement will be seen by those who commit to the programme of support and integrate the approaches into daily life. Sometimes follow up support with both of us or one of us will be required to facilitate a fuller recovery of energy and health.

Package One:
- Six sessions of nutritional therapy. The first session lasts one hour and the rest are 1/2 an hour (usually £225)
- Six sessions of integrated body/ mind approaches. First session 1 ½ hours, the rest 1 hour (usually £315)
£460 (a saving of £80, over 15%, on the cost of individual sessions)
Package Two:
- Three sessions of nutritional therapy.The first session lasts one hour and the remaining two are 1/2 an hour (usually £120)
- Three sessions of integrated body/ mind approaches. All are 1 hour (usually £120)
£255 (a saving of £30, 10%, on the cost of individual sessions) (Please note: The cost does not include any nutritional testing which may be advised.)
A good boost for anyone or possibly an end point if you are already on the road to recovery.

6 sessions of Nutritional Therapy- £225 (10% off)
3 sessions of Nutritional Therapy- £129 (5% off)
1 session of 1 hour: £60

6 sessions (1st 1 1/2 hours, after 1 hour)- £ 280 (10% off)
3 sessions (1st 1 1/2 hours, after 1 hour)- £155 (5% off)
1 session of 1 1/2 hours- £65
1 session of 1 hour- £50
